Get Off Games LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Get Out & Go Bingo mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Nickname: When you join or create a multiplayer game, you provide a nickname (a self-chosen display name). It does not need to be your real name. It is used solely to identify you within the game and is visible to other players in your game session.
- Team Name: When you create a team, you provide a team name visible to other players in your competition.
Information Collected Automatically
- Game Data: We store game session data (tile selections, game progress, scores) to enable real-time multiplayer gameplay.
- Device Identifiers: We generate a random, anonymous identifier on your device to manage your game sessions. This is not linked to your personal identity.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Real names, email addresses, or contact information
- Location or GPS data
- Photos, contacts, or other personal files
- Advertising identifiers
- Health, fitness, or biometric data
- Analytics or behavioral tracking data
- Browsing or search history
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to:
- Enable real-time multiplayer gameplay
- Display player nicknames and team names during games
- Save your preferences and game progress on your device
- Track game progress and scores within a session
- Respond to feedback you submit
- Process in-app subscriptions through Apple's App Store
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage and Security
Your nickname and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers except during active game sessions.
Multiplayer game data is stored on Firebase for the duration of the game session and may persist after the game ends, to a maximum of 30 days. Local data (preferences, custom cards, saved games) remains on your device until you uninstall the App. Feedback submissions are retained until we no longer need them for product improvement.
Third-Party Services
Our App uses the following third-party services:
- Google Firebase: For real-time game data synchronization. Firebase's privacy policy can be found at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
- Apple App Store: For processing in-app subscription payments. We do not have access to your payment information.
Feedback Submissions
The App includes an optional in-app feedback form. The form does not ask for your name or email address. If you choose to submit feedback, we receive your message along with your device model, iOS version, app version, and an anonymous user ID to help us diagnose issues. Feedback data is stored on Firebase and retained until it is no longer needed for product improvement. If you would like a reply, you can email us directly at getoutandgobingosupport@gmail.com.
Junior Mode Privacy
Our App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App includes a 'Junior' game mode that provides easier clues and family-friendly content suitable for all ages; it is not specifically directed at children under 13. The App can be used by children under parental supervision. No account creation or personal information is required to play solo.
Data Retention
Locally stored preferences (nickname, team name, settings) remain on your device until you delete the App. Multiplayer game session data stored on Firebase is retained for up to 30 days. Feedback submissions are retained until no longer needed for product improvement.
Your Rights
Since we collect minimal data and do not maintain user accounts, most data rights are handled automatically. You can:
- Delete locally stored data by uninstalling the App
- Choose any nickname (it does not need to be your real name)
- Contact us to request deletion of any game data
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
