Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Real World Bingo mobile application ("App") operated by Get Off Games LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Use of the App
Real World Bingo is a game application designed for entertainment purposes. You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App
- Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate display names or team names
- Attempt to access game sessions you are not authorized to join
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Accounts and Game Sessions
The App does not require account creation. Multiplayer game sessions are temporary and are identified by game codes. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your display name during a game session.
Subscriptions and Payments
The App may offer subscription-based premium features. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Get Off Games LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Off Games LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
