How do I start a multiplayer game?
From the main menu, choose "Play with Friends" to share one card with your group, "Clash of the Teams" to compete as teams, or "Lone Wolves" to race head-to-head as individuals. You'll get a game code to share with other players.
How do I join someone's game?
Ask the game organizer for the game code (6 characters). Then choose the appropriate mode from the main menu and select "Join" to enter the code.
Can I pause a game and finish it later?
Yes. The game organizer can pause any multiplayer game from the in-game menu. Everyone's progress is saved, and any player can return later by choosing "Rejoin a Game" on the home screen to pick up right where you left off. Paused games are held for up to 30 days.
Can I play without an internet connection?
Solo Play works offline. The multiplayer modes — Play with Friends, Clash of the Teams, and Lone Wolves — require an internet connection for real-time sync.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings: go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
How do I change the text on a bingo tile?
Before starting the game, long-press on any tile to edit its text. This lets you customize the card to your activity.
Can I create my own bingo card?
Yes! Choose "My Cards" from the main menu to create and save your own cards (up to 12). Add at least 28 clues to make a card playable, then pick the "Custom (My Cards)" category when starting a game. After a multiplayer game that used a custom card, other players can tap "Save This Card" on the completion screen to keep a copy in their own My Cards.
What are the different ways to get bingo?
When setting up a game you choose the winning pattern: Standard (any line), Four Corners, Blackout (the whole card), X Out, Postage Stamp, Picture Frame, Inside Square, Plus Sign, or Treasure Hunt (a hidden line). The current pattern is shown on the game screen — tap it any time to see a visual of exactly what you need.
What are bombs and how do I use them?
In Lone Wolves and Clash of the Teams, the organizer can turn on bombs (1–3 each) when setting up the game. Tap the bomb button and pick an opponent to attack. The bomb hits one of their tiles — if it lands on one they've already marked, that tile is destroyed and they have to find it again; if it lands on a tile they hadn't marked yet, it fizzles. Use them to slow down whoever's in the lead!
What is Treasure Hunt mode?
In Treasure Hunt, there's a hidden row or column you need to complete. Tiles on the correct path turn blue when marked. Tiles that are off the path turn gray. Use the blue tiles as clues to figure out the winning line!
I found a bug. How do I report it?
You can use the "Send Feedback" feature in the "About" section, or email us at getoutandgobingosupport@gmail.com with a description of the issue, your device type, and any steps to reproduce it. Screenshots are very helpful!
